From the day you press I’M READY TO PRINT it takes a maximum of three weeks to print and ship anywhere in Australia.
You can start selling your yearbook as soon as the page extent is set – because that sets the price. The book doesn’t even need to be started.
Share the links with your parents / students so they can buy the book when they are ready.
On the DASHBOARD go to the centre panel, at the bottom and click on PROMOTE MY YEARBOOK.

When you send your book to print, part of the final process is Treering will send you a low res PDF. This PDF has a Treering circle watermark on each page. You can of course order a PDF proof at any stage.

Easy Yearbooks Pty Ltd is the Australian distributor of Treering in Australia and has a dedicated team and phone number for all your questions. We have schools across all states and territories in Australia.
Our software is free. Our themes are free. Support is free. You only pay for the copies you print. No minimum print quantity. Pricing is based on the number of pages, starting at 20pp (10 leaves) and increasing by 2pp (1 leaf) at a time.

Once logged into your book:
Then top right, click on ADD A TEAM MEMBER

Click on the top navigation and click on CONTENT
In SCHOOL PHOTOs you can create folders to upload your content to make it easy to find.
To create a folder, click on the three dots (…) on the right side
Then name your folder
Making a folder PUBLIC means you can get others to upload content into it
The folders are alpha / numerical so you can name them by the page numbers if you like.
To rename a folder, click on the three dots on the top right of the folder (…)
PS. If you want others to help you layout the content in the folders, DO NOT upload your images to MY STUFF, as this is for custom pages and only you can see and access content in this folder.

On the DASHBOARD on the right side, click on PROOF MY YEARBOOK then ORDER PROOFS.
If you order a printed proof, allow 2–3 weeks for production. We also ask for $12.99 delivery. The book itself is free.
To order a PDF click on the PDF REQUEST button. The system will then generate a PDF. This may take 5–10 minutes, depending how many images your book has. Treering will email you when the PDF is ready for download.
Click back into the proof area and click DOWNLOAD to receive a full PDF of the book.
Now that you have an account you can keep all the books in the same place. Use the same login and click on GET STARTED to roll over into your next yearbook.
You are in control of your schedule. Although you set a print date when you set up the book, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN on that day.You need to click on I’M READY TO PRINT in the DASHBOARD screen.Even if you’ve paid for all the books, we don’t know if the book is finished, or if you are expecting more orders.You are in total control of sending the book to print, whether that is earlier than planned or later than planned.
